PLEASE NOTE:
C.A.R.E. does not operate any reunion registry. This application form is not for adding your search information to a reunion registry. Fill out the form if you are the owner/operator of an online reunion registry who would like your registry to be certified by C.A.R.E.

To submit your site for CARE endorsement, please read the CARE Endorsement Requirements, and then submit your registry the CARE Webring. The administrators will contact you regarding your registry submission. This process may take up to 3 weeks so please be patient since listing in the CARE registry list will be worth it. Thank you.
